January 31, 2023Incredible staff who are always friendly to me when I come in between machine break downs at home. Facility is always clean, they do a laundry service if you are too busy and can't stay to do the laundry yourself.

January 31, 2023The best laundry mat I have EVER used. The equipment is top of the line. And perform better than expected. Alex the associate working was amazing. Very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The prices are beyond fair especially with how good the machines work!!! They provide fair prices on all of the laundry essentials you can purchase on site. I probably will continue to come here after my dryer is fixed because the laundry was done better than my front loaders at home work. 12/10 must must must try!!

the cleanest laundromat i’ve ever personally been too , very quiet and the machine are taken care of very well and the costumer service is excellent. The pricing is also very reasonable and not too expensive. 10/10 experience will definitely be coming back !

I came to this establishment being new to the area and with never using a laundry mat before…so I was very apprehensive to say the least. I was first greeted by Ashley…she made my first experience very comfortable. She was super friendly and very helpful getting me started. Her attitude and willingness to help not only me but others is noticed every time I do laundry there. Highly recommend the laundry room not only for its cleanliness and ease of use, but also for its welcoming staff.

The Laundry Room on Ash is my favorite and only laundromat I got to. The service is excellent and it is well kept up for and clean. The prices to wash and dry are fair average prices the machines themselves are well maintained and work excellent. If you need a place to do laundry I definitely recommend going here.

March 31, 2023Drove through Spokane and had to use a laundromat since our hotel didn't have any. Man, how pleasant of an experience that was! Ashley was so sweet and helpful 🙂 she deserves a HUUUGE bonus for her excellent service and impeccable attitude. They also accept debit/credit cards so no coins are needed which is a tremendous advantage! Really clean, cheap and friendly place. Thank you!

May 31, 2023Very clean laundromat! The machines only take a card. You can purchase one for $1 and load the card using your debit card. Both locations offer the same friendly service. A couple of years ago I was doing my laundry at the one located on North Nevada when I received a call from L&I and was informed that I was being awarded with $13K. Such an awesome thing to happen. I'll carry that memory forever.
